This product does not include a two way diverter that allows you to switch from one showerhead to another. However, most (if not all) showerheads are 1/2" IPS so you could replace your existing showerhead (provided there is enough clearance for a rainshower)

Moen showering products are manufactured to fit the most common shower arms. This will allow for our showerheads to be installed on shower arms with a 1/2" IPS threading.

how do you change the settings?
The instructions just say easy-to-change spray settings. I tried turning it and nothing.
I'm not talking about the 3-way diverter because that works, but it says there are 7 spray settings. How?

You are probably referring to model # 21718 or 21778.
The spray settings are easily adjusted by rotating the spray face through the ergonomic lever.

The 21007 is a single setting rainshower. There are variety of multi-setting showerheads at your local store
