A 35W G9 Halogen bulb is not as bright as your standard 60W A19 bulb.

Question
can this particular light fixture be put in vertical, rather than horizontal? Or does it need to be put in horizontal so it can vent?
We need a NICE bar light for the bathroom vanity to go vertically between two mirrors and I like the style of this one. so I was wondering if this one would work in this application or would it overheat?

We have never tested this fixture mounted in a vertical position, so to be 100% honest i do not know if it will overheat.
What i can tell you is that the glass rests in a "cradle" when mount horizontally. If mounted vertically, the glass can possibly fall out.

how do I take this light off the wall for renos
I lost my instructions and for the love of G_D I can not get it off the wall again. How do I take the light and plate off the wall?

Below are the mounting instructions, to remove the fixture reverse the steps:
1. Turn off power at main fuse box.
2. Fasten open end of ground wire attached to backplate (A) to ground screw
junction box.
3. Mount backplate (A) to junction box with 2 screws supplied. Make sure black
and white wires of junction box run through the middle opening of the
backplate.
4. Connect black and white wires of power supply to black and white wires o
the bracket. NOTE: All wire connections should be made with wire nuts or
marettes (included) and pushed back into junction box.
5. Mount finishing plate of bracket
1. Turn off power at main fuse box.

Can I buy indivual light covers, I broke one 1000157843 sku
We purchased many units of these lights for our Hotel. One of the guests broke a cover the Sku # is 1000157843 Europhase 905-695 2055 Dakota 4 light bathbar. I would like to purchase extra covers as well..
