Can you get replacement parts if a component breaks?
The canopy power connection point (part H in the instructions) broke during installation.

I don't have the answer, but mine broke too, and I'd also like to know where to get a replacement!
In the meantime, I've been using a zip-tie to keep the broken part closed. It's ugly, but it works for now.

I found the item hard to swival as the clamp piece that holds the fixture together is hard to work with. It is easier to unclamp and rotate the whole clamp piece.

Unfortunately, it is not recommended to cut the track for this fixture. I hope this helps.

no, you cannot, and it's not written on the box either, I found out once I was at home, luckily for me, it fit where I wanted it to go, but it doesn't work... too cheap material...
